Many of us have been running on empty—burned out, isolated, our prayer life hanging by a thread. But God is rebuilding. This is a season of rest, laying a new foundation; of community, where iron sharpens iron; and of prayer, where our true strength begins. Let’s lean in, because unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain (Psalm 127:1). Let’s build again!

Jarian Felton is a teaching pastor at First Orlando, known for bringing weight and clarity when he teaches. His delivery is steady, authentic, and aimed at real transformation. Jarian connects quickly with audiences because he speaks from lived experience and leads with conviction.

He has served in key worship and teaching roles across the Orlando community, including his time at First Baptist Winter Garden, where he built teams, mentored leaders, and guided congregations through seasons of teaching and worship. His mix of experience, depth, and pastoral clarity gives him a strong voice that men can trust and follow.

At First Orlando, Jarian invests heavily in developing worship leaders, building healthy team culture, and creating environments where God’s presence feels personal and accessible. He also expresses his creativity through songwriting and sync music.

Socrates Perez leads worship at First Orlando, where he shapes environments that invite real participation and steady engagement. Before serving here, he spent years as a worship pastor at Saddleback Church in California. That background formed his direct style and his clear commitment to worship that shapes people from the inside out.

He brings a grounded voice, clear direction, and an ability to help men sing without hesitation. His mix of skill, teaching clarity, and personal warmth comes through every time he leads. His leadership reflects years of guiding teams and helping churches understand how worship forms character.

He teaches from real experience and leads with intention. Men respond to him because he brings purpose rather than performance and knows how to create a space where people raise their voices with conviction.
