Debbie Ward has been a Christian since she was a young child and was reared in the home of a Baptist minister of music but for years struggled with believing that God really does love her.

After hearing Denise Glenn share the message of Restore My Heart, Debbie now also shares with other women her joy about the love God wants to lavishly pour into a woman’s life! Debbie’s roots with MotherWise go back to 1986, when she was a Mentoring Mom for some of the earliest MotherWise classes in Houston. After that, God moved Debbie’s family to Anchorage, Alaska in 1988, where they lived for 12 years. After returning to Texas in 2000, Debbie immediately began working beside Denise Glenn in MotherWise. Debbie now represents MotherWise by speaking to groups, sharing the knowledge and wisdom she has gained through years of mothering and ministry. She has also had the privilege of going on several international trips to train women how to use the MotherWise materials. Debbie and her husband, Steve, celebrated 31 years of marriage on April 22, 2009 and have 3 children.
